One of the most important functions of D-3 Enterprises Limited is Claim Settlement. To this end, expertise and resources are utilized to ensure prompt and satisfactory settlement of our insured’s’ claims. We have to date, been extremely successful in this regard.

All Claims Settled without need for arbitration or court involvement.

There are three main services our Claims Department will provide:

To visit and advise the client on ways and means of minimizing the loss, and methods by which the contingent losses may be decreased following a loss.
To sit with the client and compile figures and documents for presentation to the Insurer in the best way to ensure that the client would be put back into the same position as he/she was in before the loss occurred.
To negotiate settlements with insurers and ensure prompt disbursements. Advice will also be given to the client on methods of reinstatement and loss control techniques to avoid a similar situation from reoccurring.
